We are looking for a remarkable part-time technical support technician to work on a contract as needed basis. We want our customers to have the best support experience possible. Here's more about what you will be doing:
•Serve as front line contact for external customers by answering technical support telephone calls and emails as well as going onsite to client locations.
•Assist customers with software installations and troubleshooting problems.
•Answer questions and troubleshoot computer and network issues.
•Assist in creating support documentation to be used internally as well as for customers.
•Provide suggestions and feedback.

•Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

•A general flexibility in order to successfully complete the job responsibilities in a timely manner
•Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and operating systems (Windows 7&8, Vista and Windows XP) i.e. installing and uninstalling programs, registry settings, and the Windows general environment suggested.
•Computer proficiency including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
•A positive and proactive nature to follow through on helping customers get the answers they need
